We have available packs of
leaflets which are largely pre-printed, but which have space
for overprinting locally. This enables a parish to produce a
professional leaflet very easily, whilst still preserving
the capability for local customization with your name and
logo, and with your PCC's policy for using legacies, and a
short summary of how previous legacies have benefited your
church.

A Microsoft Word
template is available to ensure that you overprint in the
right places. You should click into the two text boxes where the
dummy text is, and replace these as appropriate. Note :
i) The template is set up for Arial 11 point to match the
rest of the page. Line spacing is set to 14 point.
ii) We suggest that you don't have a header in this column, as it
would need to be in blue to match the rest of the leaflet.
iii) Check that the template works for your printer by printing
out a copy and holding it up to the light in front of a copy of
the leaflet - the text should appear in the middle of the box, and
the left hand column should appear in the right place. Once you're
happy you can run the stack of sheets through the printer or
photocopier, but to be on the safe side, you should just run one
copy first!
